PARADISE VALLEY, Ariz., Feb. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Concierge Auctions has announced that a gated and uniquely-designed contemporary residence located near the exclusive Camelback Country Club, currently owned by former National Football League quarterback and sports broadcaster Kurt Warner, will sell during a live auction without reserve on March 15th. Originally scheduled for February 27th, the auction date was moved to allow bidders additional time to conduct their due diligence on the estate. The new auction date will also enable additional prospects to become involved. The luxury property will sell in cooperation with Christine Donnelly of HomeSmart International. Prior to the auction, a priceless experience will also be sold to the highest bidder -— dinner with Warner, his wife Brenda, an acclaimed speaker and author, and country music stars Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood. 100% of the proceeds will benefit Treasure House.

"Since launching the auction of the Warner estate on the first of this month, demand has been strong. We had 10 registered bidders prepared to raise their paddles today, but a handful of last-minute registrants requested additional time," stated Laura Brady, President of Concierge Auctions. "There were a number of reasons to move the date, not the least of which was being able to provide this once-in-a-lifetime dinner experience that will create lifelong memories and also support a great cause. We always begin our property auctions with an auction for charity, and this is one of the most exciting we've hosted to date. The Warners, Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood are pleased to be involved, and we look forward to a lively bidding session."

Established and managed by Kurt and Brenda Warner, Treasure House grew out of the Warners' experience with their oldest son, Zachary, who has special needs. The goal is to create assisted living environments across the country, where young adults with disabilities can thrive on their own and achieve independence, while remaining close to their families.
