Leading luxury real estate marketplace recognized by Inc. Magazine as the firm continues to expand its international presence and set record-breaking sales

Aug 19, 2016

NEW YORK, Aug. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Concierge Auctions, the leading marketplace for buying and selling the world's most coveted real estate, has once again been named to the exclusive Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing companies — for the third consecutive year. Concierge Auctions met all the criteria required for the ranking, including increasing its annual net revenue by 59 percent between 2012 and 2015, from $10.1 million to $16.1 million.

"Our recognition on the the Inc. 5000 list for three years running is a testament of our consistent growth and success," said Concierge Auctions President Laura Brady. "Today's luxury clients value ease, transparency and liquidity more than ever, all of which our platform delivers. Quite simply, we have pioneered the most effective method for matching buyers and sellers of the world's finest properties."

Originally introduced as the Inc. 500 list in 1982 to acknowledge the country's fastest-growing privately held companies, the prestigious list evolved into the Inc. 5000 list in 2007 and has become a testament to entrepreneurial success. Well-known brands such as Dell, Fitbit, LinkedIn, Pandora, Timberland, Yelp, Zillow, and many other household companies are early members of and have been honored by the Inc. 5000.

The Inc. 5000 list exclusively ranks the fastest-growing private American companies according to percentage revenue growth in a three-year period. To determine this year's winners, 2012 and 2015 revenues were evaluated. All 5,000 honored companies are individually profiled on www.inc.com/inc5000 and will be officially recognized during the 35th Annual Inc. 5000 Conference and Gala in San Antonio, Texas in October. Speakers will include Tony Robbins, New York Times best-selling author and entrepreneur; Weili Dai, director and co-founder of Marvell Technology Group; and Adam Miller, founder, president and CEO of Cornerstone OnDemand, among others.

In addition to expanding its international footprint over the past year, with activity now in 32 US states and 14 countries, the firm recently achieved the monumental milestone of $1 billion in historic sales; added 18 full-time employees, growing its team to 65; executed its first European auctions; and achieved record prices in multiple markets.

"Last year, we set a goal to reach the $1 billion mark in aggregate sales in 2016, and I'm proud to say that we've accomplished that goal and are on pace to exceed two billion in 2018," said Concierge Auctions Chairman Chad Roffers. "Our team, powered by innovative technology such as our Instant Gavel app, continues to break barriers and deliver what the high net worth (HNW) consumer is looking for."

Upcoming luxury property auctions in Q3 2016 are underway in Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Italy, North Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.  If you or someone you know is interested in buying or selling a remarkable property through Concierge Auctions, please call 212.202.2940.
