Concierge Auctions starts Q3 strong, with six sales contracted in October

The luxury real estate auction firm was awarded "Best Overall Marketing" by Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate and named to Inc. Magazine's list of fastest-growing companies

NEW YORK, Nov. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Concierge Auctions today announced its results from October, which was another banner month for the international luxury real estate auction firm. Over the course of the month, the firm successfully auctioned six properties, attracted a global audience to its award-winning website and received multiple honors for its best-in-class marketing and outstanding business growth.

The luxury properties that Concierge auctioned are located in California, Wyoming, Idaho, Pennsylvania and South Carolina, and attracted 41 qualified bidders.

Best-in-class International Website

The firm continued its impressive online presence, with 133,772 pages viewed from 131 countries, led internationally by Canada, the UK, Australia, Brazil and Mexico. Engagement was due in part to its stellar lineup of October auction properties and other upcoming sales, including the buzz around the November 6th auction of three properties at Trump SoHo New York and the November 18th auction of Deion Sanders' former residence in North Dallas, which received media coverage on websites such as Forbes, Curbed and TMZ.

Given its rapid growth, Concierge Auctions received multiple industry honors throughout the month.
